Welcome to Krans, a SaaS platform developed by Kifaruhub Technologies Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using Krans (available at krans.app), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be authorized to act on behalf of your company (if applicable)

We offer a 7-day free trial:

• No payment card required
• Limited to one trial per user/company
• Abuse (multiple signups, fake emails, etc.) may result in suspension

We reserve the right to terminate trials at our discretion.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring authorized use of your account

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the system
• Upload malicious files or scripts
• Abuse APIs or system resources
• Create fake or duplicate accounts

Violation may result in immediate termination.

You retain ownership of your data, including:

• Driver records
• Fleet data
• Uploaded documents

However, you grant us permission to:

• Process and store data for service delivery
• Improve system performance and security

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause downtime.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the system
• Engage in fraudulent activity

You may stop using the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages
• Use of the platform is at your own risk

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
