Trust & support

Know the product. Know the team. Know the terms.

Choosing a fleet workspace means trusting it with daily operations and business records. Use your demo to examine the product and agree the service details your company needs.

Access within your company

Company-scoped records and role-based permissions organise access across dispatch, finance and other teams. During your demo, ask to see the roles your own team will use and how access is removed when someone leaves.

Records you can inspect

Clearance updates retain visit history. GPS records include observation time, and the driver upload workflow distinguishes saved reports from acknowledged submissions. Ask to inspect these records on the version planned for your workspace.

Exports and leaving the service

Supported reports offer exports. Bring a list of the records and formats you need, including documents and attachments, so we can confirm export scope and agree a handover plan before you subscribe.

Hosting, backups and retention

Request the hosting location, backup arrangements, restoration process, support-access rules, and retention/deletion terms for your proposed service in writing. These details form part of your service review; an application demonstration alone does not establish them.

GPS compatibility

Adapters exist for Wialon, Traccar, Cartrack, Ctrack and Afritrack. Compatibility depends on your provider account, device mapping and available observations. Plan an integration check with your existing devices; a last-known position may be stale.

Rollout and availability

Confirm the web and driver-app features included in your rollout. Ask to test offline POD and breakdown uploads, your required languages, border ownership and posting in your currencies. Agree any availability or response-time commitments in your service terms.
