Record the loaded tonnage and container number before the truck leaves Dar es Salaam, and attach the delivery order and any COMESA permit the Zambia and DR Congo legs need. With two crossings ahead, paperwork gaps are cheaper to catch at loading than at Tunduma.
At the border
A hold at the first crossing and an agent follow-up at the second need separate records. Use the visit history to carry the reason, owner and next action across shifts.
With the driver
Include the French driver interface in your walkthrough, alongside English or Kiswahili as needed. Demonstrate saving a POD before reconnecting.
